As a Realtor myself, Debra Levin was recommended by our mutual Broker/Owner, Debbie Smith based upon her past performance with Home Run Real Estate to handle my personal Short Sale. My wife and I live out of state, and within about a week,
Debbie found us a great home at a terrific price.
The closing was all done by fax and email, and we closed on time without a hitch.
In case you don't realize, real estate agents aren't paid for their time,
they are paid only when you go to closing. After the sale, Debbie spent her valuable time
delivering to our new home, a table and chairs someone else was going to dispose of.
It will go very nicely on our screened in front porch!

We met Deb at a local charity event, where she was volunteering. My wife and I had been discussing purchasing a second home in Palm Beach Shores. Somehow in conversation my wife learned Deb was a realtor. I had my wife track Deb down to get her business card.
We worked with Deb off and on for a year. She never lost patience with us. On our first and only home purchase we used the seller’s realtor. It was a very sour experience. We had no idea how important it is, as a buyer, to have a realtor in your corner. Deb is that realtor. She knows her stuff.
On the first property, Deb advised us on our offer amount and how to sweeten our offer to get the seller’s attention. Evidently the sellers had ignored multiple offers, but considered ours out of the gate. Unfortunately the sellers waited too long to accept our offer and we had already moved on.
A few more months went by and Deb emailed us out of the blue. She was watching the listings in Palm Beach Shores as were we. A townhouse had just come on the market. We met her there and ended up making an offer that day. Deb made some suggestions again to make our offer more appealing to the seller. The seller liked our second offer so much she accepted it. We closed in 10 days. Deb joined us for the closing. The closing went smooth as silk.
So much better an experience vs our first time home purchase. We can’t say enough nice things about Deb and we now consider her a friend. We hope she feels the same.

Debra Levin helped me find and close on my dream home in Boynton Beach. I was living in Sebastian, FL (about 1.45 hours North) and wanting to move South to the Delray Beach area. I contacted Debra thru the internet and she suggested I consider looking around Boynton Beach as it was right next door to Delray and I could get more for my money. It was critical that I worked with a realtor who listened to my needs of what was important for me to have in a home because I did not want to spend many hours driving back and forth from Sebastian to Boynton, looking at homes that were not right for me. (I had that experience with 2 other realtors and it was exasperating.) Debra contacted me and told me she believed she found the perfect home for me. She sent me the listing and I was ready to jump in the car right away. It turns out she was right. We immediately made an offer and it turned out there were 6 others and we found ourselves in a bidding war. Debra did everything in her means possible to make sure that I was the one who won that war and at the best possible price. She was just the perfect amount of aggressive without being over-the-top and turning the seller and seller’s agent off. She was very professional but also fun to work with which made the entire process less stressful. She followed through right to the end even when the title company tried to charge excess fees that were not appropriate (it was cash on my end) and got them to reverse the fees, saving me about an additional thousand dollars. Let's just say I had a lot of requirements for my 2nd home in Florida. Debbie was so patient with me and believe me I didn't make it easy.
